The last, ‘The 7 Habits’, come from William Glasser’s work around Choice Theory which was seen to have been informative toward the curriculum and practices at C.A.E.

Hints: Your group may or may not want to collectively agree or enact all or even many of these. Or to do so in exactly the way(s) these are outlined here. This is something for each group to discuss and decide.


As much as possible, however, either these or a set of practices like them, is recommended to have at least some facility with, whether explicitly agreed to or put into action. Having these available to fall back on it is believed will very likely increase your group’s sense of transactional security within itself and between members and may increase your groups resilience in the face of organizational and/or personal challenges.
